Council Staff

Linda Blake - Town Clerk:  Linda ensures that the Town Council Offices run smoothly and supervises a small team of office based staff. Linda is responsible for the Council's financial administration, producing financial reports and is also responsible for the overall smooth running of the Town Council on a day to day basis.

Mary Piercy -  PA to the Town Clerk and the Mayor:  Mary deals with the administration of agendas, reports and minutes, arranging meetings, management of diaries, dealing with all correspondence and provision of secretarial support.

Lyndsey Davies - Office & Operations Coordinator:  Lyndsey organises a variety of events including Malvern in Bloom, Christmas Lights Switch-on, Remembrance and Charity Events. She is also responsible for the administration of operational areas including Great Malvern Cemetery. 

Dilys Watson - The Council are pleased to announce the appointment of a new Events Coordinator, Dilys Watson  This exciting role involves community partnership and developing the events programme across the Malvern area. Dilys will also be responsible for producing the Council's regular newsletter and for updating the website and expanding our presence on social media.

Deborah Powell - Administration / Finance Officer:  Deborah  assists the Town Clerk with the day-to-day running of the Accounts Department and produces purchase orders. She is also responsible for the administration and organisation of football and rounder pitches, as well as allotment enquiries, and she is also the afternoon receptionist for Malvern Town Council. 

Clare Lawrence - Morning Receptionist: Clare is the public's first port of call at Malvern Town Council via the telephone, through the post, or in person.

Charles Porter - Operations Manager:  Charles manages the Grounds Maintenance Team based at Great Malvern Cemetery and is responsible for the maintenance of all Town Council Assets. He organises tenders, quotes and operational projects.

Grahame Gibbins - Operations Supervisor:  Graham is responsible for the day to day supervision of the Operations Team.

Chris Heaton -  Head Gardener:  Is responsible for the maintenance of the Town Council's parks, gardens and assists in the Town Council's other open spaces. 

Jack Hill - Gardener/Groundsman:  Carries out maintenance on all Town Council Assets, operational projects and works alongside the Head Gardener on all bedding projects.

Martin Stevenson -  Grounds Maintenance Operative:  Carries out maintenance on all Town Council Assets and operational projects.

Robert Guest -  Grounds Maintenance Operative:  Carries out maintenance on all Town Council Assets and operational projects.

Dave Butler -  Grounds Maintenance Operative:  Carries out maintenance on all Town Council Assets and operational projects.

Craig Bowkley -  Grounds Maintenance Operative:  Carries out maintenance on all Town Council Assets and operational projects.
