Richard Chapman, Town Clerk

Richard Chapman was appointed Town Clerk in October 2003 after

working at the Town Council as the Operations Manager for 2 years. 

Before working in Local Government Mr Chapman who is a

trained horticulturalist spent many years as a

Contracts Manager in Landscape Maintenance.

Lucy Jones - Office Manager:  Currently on long-term sickness absence.

Linda Blake - Finance Officer:  Management of Council’s financial administration, production of financial reports and Acting Deputy Town Clerk in absence of Office Manager.

Lin Wright - P A to Town Clerk and Chairman:  Administration of agendas, reports and minutes, arranging meetings, dealing with all correspondence and planning.

Katy Hollingworth - Operations and Events Officer:  Administration of events including Malvern in Bloom, Christmas Lights Switch-on, Remembrance and Charity Events and administration of operational duties including Great Malvern Cemetery and football pitches.  

Deborah Powell - Administrative/Accounts Clerk:  Assisting the Finance Officer with the day to day running of the Accounts Department, maintains purchase & sales ledger, purchase orders and the administration of Allotments. 

Charles Porter - Operations Manager:  Manages the Grounds Maintenance Team, manages the maintenance of all Town Council Assets and organises tenders, quotes and operational projects.

Sarah Whyman - Operations Supervisor:  Supervises the Grounds Mainenance Team, projects and the maintenance of all Town Council Assets.

Grahame Gibbins - Grounds Maintenance Operative:  Carries out maintenance on all Town Council Assets and operational projects.

Martin Stevenson -  Grounds Maintenance Operative:  Carries out maintenance on all Town Council Assets and operational projects.

Rodger Browning -  Grounds Maintenance Operative:  Carries out maintenance on all Town Council Assets and operational projects.

Jack Hill -  Grounds Maintenance Operative:  Carries out maintenance on all Town Council Assets and operational projects.

Dave Butler -  Grounds Maintenance Operative:  Carries out maintenance on all Town Council Assets and operational projects.
