Malvern’s Entry into the Heart of England in Bloom Competition

Having entered part of Malvern in the small town section of the competition for two years, and won "Gold" the team has taken the bold challenge to enter the whole town in the Large town category of Heart of England in Bloom. Hopefully everyone in the community will take part in improving the floral displays and the overall appearance of all parts of Malvern.

Great Malvern Cemetery – Sea Cadets

The Malvern Sea Cadets are again involved with Malvern’s entry into the Heart of England in Bloom Competition. They are helping to create a historical trail of graves of special interest in Great Malvern Cemetery.

Floral Trail

Malvern, Ledbury and Upton-upon-Severn are attempting to boost tourism and interest in their floral displays this year. These towns are combining to create a Bloom Tour route so visitors to each of the towns can easily take a day or half-day to visit the other locations and tour the places featured in their Heart of England in Bloom entries. Each Town is entered in the Heart of England in Bloom competition in a different category and will provide details of the main attractions of their entries this year.

The details will be made available in the Tourist Information Centres in each Town for visitors to collect.   It is hoped that the initiative will help boost tourism.
