Health and Wellbeing 2022

Malvern residents and visitors to the town are once again in for a relaxing and holistic treat if they visit Rosebank Gardens on Saturday 30 April.  The Town Council is pleased to be able to bring back the Health and Wellbeing Fair in all its glory, allowing the opportunity to sample therapies, physical activities, and gain tips to help you take care of yourself, friends and family.

Opening at 11am and running through until 5pm, there is free entry into the marquee and you will find many exhibitors from local therapists and practitioners.

Demonstrations and talks start at 11.30am, from Rise to Health, Sarah Shaw Wellbeing, Paula Trafford, JoRae Alchemy and the Centre of Wellbeing.

Food and drink will be available from Winnie’s Horse Box.

So why not pop down to the gardens and give your mental and physical wellbeing a boost?  For further details view the programme here or contact Clare Lawrence clawrence@malvern-tc.org.uk
