Cynthia is currently Chairman of the Operations and Planning Committee and the Audit Committee, having been Mayor of Malvern for three consecutive years in 2016, 2017 and 2018. Cynthia also represents the Town Council on the Malvern Hills CAB Management Committee, and the Malvern-Bagnères de Bigorre Twinning Association (MBTA).
