Kaleem Aksar joined Malvern Town Council representing Link Ward in August 2022 and is a member of the Operations and Planning Committee.

“I was born in Worcester, but my mum’s side of the family have had roots in the town for generations before. I went to school locally, including going to The Chase, and I have been living here since I was 14.

Being the son of a mechanic, I’ve had a lifelong fascination with cars, motorsports and other (more sustainable!) forms of transport. If you see me out and about, I’m almost certainly plugged into my headphones, I’m a total music addict.

I have the honour of representing Malvern Link on both Town and District councils, having been on MHDC since 2019. I believe that the Link has all the best that this town has to offer, and I want to fight to make sure our area gets the best deal and our residents feel they have a voice.

As a local councillor, I am committed to informing and communicating with residents in Link as much as possible. I’m always interested in learning about people and hearing their stories, as well as what issues they might need fixing. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions.”
