Councillor Lynne Lambeth

Councillor Lynne Lambeth was elected to the Town Council in July 2016 and represents Pickersleigh Ward.  Councillor Lambeth is a member of the Operations and Planning Committee as well as a member of the Audit Committee.  Lynne is a constant volunteer and supporter at Town Council events throughout the year.

What’s your favourite thing about Malvern?

The views to and from the hills.

What three things would you take with you to a desert island?

  • My oldest teddy bear
  • A DIY kit
  • A suitcase of prizewinning novels

Which historic figure would you like to invite to dinner?

Nelson Mandela.

What’s your favourite holiday destination?

The UK – I still haven’t been to every county and island!

If you could have a superpower what would it be, or which superhero are you most like?

I would be Superman/woman or I’d be able to rewind time to stop catastrophic events.

Which historic event of the past or future would you like to be present for?

I would like to be present when all the nations work together on climate change legislation and actions.

What animal would you be and why?

The bee – always busy working with family, friends and community

Book of film?

I like cinema and to relax with a film at home, especially with my daughter when she’s here.

Night owl! I drafted this past midnight.

Fun fact:

As a teenager in the late 60’s my friends and I would hang about Eros, wearing kaftans, beads and bells and give flowers to people in Regent Street – including the ‘bobbies’ …!!
