On Thursday 5 October 2023, Cllr Watkins, Deputy Mayor/Chairman of Malvern in Bloom and Mayor Cllr Hooper attended the Heart of England in Bloom Award Ceremony in Sutton Coldfield, where Malvern were awarded the excellent achievement of GOLD award for 2023.
