DESCRIPTION:Join us for our first Charity lunchtime talk in aid of Heartstart Malvern with the Malvern Spa Association looking into Malvern Water. \nCome and enjoy  Malvern Water: One Billion Years. Focusing on the natural and cultural history of Malvern spring water and its influence on the evolution of the town. The talk will be presented by Carly Tinkler CMLI FRSA\, MSA\, who is the co-founder and president of the Malvern Spa Association. \nThe talk will be held at the Park View Community Room at the Community Hub\, Victoria Park\, Malvern link and will consist of a 30-minute talk followed by a 20-minute Q&A session with the speaker. \nParticipants are welcome to bring lunch with them. \nTalk costs £5 per person with all the money raised going to Heartstart Malvern

SUMMARY:Mayor's Peaks Challenge 2025
DESCRIPTION:Can you take the challenge of walking either 18km or 9km over the Malvern Hills? As we are back for another year with the Mayor’s Peaks Challenge in aid of Cube Youth. \nThe Mayor’s Peaks Challenge is now closed for bookings.  \nThis year join us on the 3 May\, where you will be able to walk either a long walk of 18km or a shorter walk of 9km with all walkers receiving a t-shirt and medal. We also welcome dogs on the walk\, and all dogs will receive a rosette and dog treat bag for completing the walk. \nIf walking isn’t your thing\, come down to Priory Park\, where you can welcome back the walkers\, take part in fun activities\, and enjoy live entertainment. \nEvent Details: \nLong Walk: Meet at Priory Park at 8am for registration\, with coaches leaving promptly at 8:30am. Walks start at 9am with all walkers being back at Priory Park by 5:30pm (after this time the finish line will no longer be manned). \nShort Walk: Meet at Priority Park  for registration\, with transport details to be confirmed\, transport will be by coach or mini bus shuttle runs to British Camp\, with all walkers being back at Priory Park by 5:30pm (after this time the finish line will no longer be manned). \nPlease be aware that all participants must complete a form to successfully register. \nAll participants must be confident they are able to partake and finish the walk. \nAll participants will receive an information pack with maps of the route prior to event day.  \nAll children under the age of 18 must be confident their child can finish the walk and must be accompanied by an adult at all times.  If you need more information\, please contact Malvern Town Council team at 01684 566667.

SUMMARY:Charity Talks and Tours - Behind the Scenes at Great Malvern Cemetery
DESCRIPTION:Join us for an exclusive look behind the scenes of Great Malvern Cemetery with Malvern Town Council’s Operations Manager on 8 May. This tour will provide an overview of the day to day running of the cemetery but will also allow attendees to get to know the rich Victorian history and the importance of God’s green acre. \nEach tour is £5 per person \nAll attendees must dress appropriately and wear suitable footwear (closed toe shoes must be wore with no heels allowed) \nEvent Details:  \nTour 1* – will start at 2:30pm and run for 1hr 30mins (NOW SOLD OUT) \nTour 2* – will start at 4:30pm and run for 1hr 30mins \n*Please note that both tours will contain the same information \nThe meeting point for the cemetery tours will be in car park which can be accessed off Madresfield Road
