DESCRIPTION:Join Kai and Ziggy as they treat you to a performance of circus skills filled with festive fun.\nBe amused as Kai and Ziggy from The School of Larks take to the stage to perform a variety of circus themed skills with them providing an enjoyable 15mins of entertainment. This is then followed by the opportunity to give these circus skills a go yourself with a supervised 1 hour long workshop. Learn how juggle like a pro\, see if you can spin a hula hoop above your head\, plus much more. \nThe performances are suitable for children aged 4 years and above. All children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times\, no child should be left unsupervised at any time during the performance or workshop. \nThe ticket price includes entry to performance and workshop for up to 2 adults and 3 children.

SUMMARY:Mayor's Peaks Challenge 2025
DESCRIPTION:Can you take the challenge of walking either 18km or 9km over the Malvern Hills? As we are back for another year with the Mayor’s Peaks Challenge in aid of Cube Youth. \nThe Mayor’s Peaks Challenge is now closed for bookings.  \nThis year join us on the 3 May\, where you will be able to walk either a long walk of 18km or a shorter walk of 9km with all walkers receiving a t-shirt and medal. We also welcome dogs on the walk\, and all dogs will receive a rosette and dog treat bag for completing the walk. \nIf walking isn’t your thing\, come down to Priory Park\, where you can welcome back the walkers\, take part in fun activities\, and enjoy live entertainment. \nEvent Details: \nLong Walk: Meet at Priory Park at 8am for registration\, with coaches leaving promptly at 8:30am. Walks start at 9am with all walkers being back at Priory Park by 5:30pm (after this time the finish line will no longer be manned). \nShort Walk: Meet at Priority Park  for registration\, with transport details to be confirmed\, transport will be by coach or mini bus shuttle runs to British Camp\, with all walkers being back at Priory Park by 5:30pm (after this time the finish line will no longer be manned). \nPlease be aware that all participants must complete a form to successfully register. \nAll participants must be confident they are able to partake and finish the walk. \nAll participants will receive an information pack with maps of the route prior to event day.  \nAll children under the age of 18 must be confident their child can finish the walk and must be accompanied by an adult at all times.  If you need more information\, please contact Malvern Town Council team at 01684 566667.

DESCRIPTION:  \n\nThe Mayor’s Bonanza is back and bigger than ever in aid of Malvern Special Families!!\n 23 August 2025\n 11:30 until 5pm\n Victoria Park\, Malvern Link\, WR14 2JY\n\n\n\nThe Mayor’s Bonanza is back and bigger than ever! This year raising money for Malvern Special Families. \nJoin us at Victoria Park from 11:30am for a day filled with live entertainment\, all new inflatables for 2025 including a base jump and obstacle course\, axe throwing\, dart football plus many others. (some of the inflatables will require a small charge*) We also have some great fete stalls where every person is guaranteed a prize from a coconut shy\, splat a rat and Ring toss which will be fun for all the family. \nIf inflatables aren’t your thing don’t worry\, we have a mini sports day starting at 13:30 and a fancy dress competition from 15:15 with a prize for the 2 best dressed! We will also have face painting and a dance workshop all completely free of charge. \nNot only that but will have local food\, drink and sweet companies for you to enjoy alongside a host of live entertainment from Candy and the Sound\, The Institutions\, local dance schools and the i-sing choir will be back. \nThere is also a raffle on the day with prizes including a family trip to Twycross Zoo\, Little Olives playday session\, 2 family tickets to the Worcester Maize Maize plus much more up for grabs at only £5 a strip. \nSo what are you waiting for come down to the Mayor’s Bonanza 2025 at Victoria Park\, Malvern Link and help us raise as much money for Malvern Special Families as possible*. \n  \n*Please be aware that all money raised at the event will go to the Malvern Special Families charity.

DESCRIPTION:  \nChristmas is coming to Great Malvern this November with the annual lights switch on. \nJoin us on Saturday 22 November from 10am – 6pm for the annual Great Malvern Christmas Lights Switch On. Enjoy the winter wonderland themed day in Great Malvern with live entertainment across the town\, local trader market at Belle Vue Terrace and in the library\, workshops plus our regular visit from Father Christmas in his grotto at Great Malvern Library. \nThis year we have a new Christmas show coming to the Coach House Theatre “A Surprise For Farmer Christmas” which is a new show that follows what happens when some children’s letters to Father Christmas are delivered to Farmer Christmas instead? The farmer\, his wife and their local Postie are determined to get them to the North Pole in time\, with the help of a visiting angel who re-tells the nativity story with plenty of fun and songs to join in with\, before a special visitor comes to save the day.  The show itself will run at 11:00am and 2pm. The show is aimed at 10 years and under with tickets priced at £5 per family (2 adults and 3 children) and are available to purchase through the Malvern Town Council website \nThe excitement builds until 5:30pm\, when the pantomime celebrities will be switching on the Christmas lights from Belle Vue Island following the parade up Church Street. Live entertainment will be taking place all afternoon on the BBC Hereford and Worcester Stage on Belle Vue Island\, so there is plenty of activities for everyone to enjoy. \n  \nThis year we are raising money for not but 4 Malvern-based charities\, which are: \n\nARCOS – A charity that works to improve the lives of children and adults who have complex issues working. DESCRIPTION:CANCELLED – Taste of the Hills in aid of Malvern Special Families\nTaste of the Hills event CANCELLED  \nWe are devastated to say that the Taste of the Hills event has been cancelled this Sunday\, 8 March.  \nDue to low pre-sale ticket sales\, we feel it would be unfair to the vendors\, speakers\, and demonstrators to attend an event where there is risk of low attendance. We have been trying tirelessly over the last few weeks to ensure that we could run a successful event\, and sadly on occasion it was not meant to be.  \nWe want to thank all our vendors\, speakers\, and demonstrators for their hard work. \nAny ticket holders will be contacted via the ticket provider regarding a refund for their ticket.  \nWe apologise for any inconvenience caused.  \n  \nJoin us as we explore the tastes from around the Malvern Hills through a variety of local businesses that call it home. From gin to sweets and everything in between\, the day will be filled with tastings\, talks and demos. \nMalvern Cube will be transformed into a hub with a variety of local vendors showcasing their culinary efforts\, from homemade gins\, cakes\, and sweets to even vegan Scotch eggs! Throughout the day a variety of talks will be held exploring different themes alongside demos and samples. \nCome along on 8 March from 11am to 4pm at Malvern Cube\, exploring with us as we take a culinary trip across the Malvern Hills. \nThis event is a ticketed event with tickets costing £5 per person. All the money raised will go to Malvern Special Families.

DESCRIPTION:Can you take the challenge of walking either 18km or 9km over the Malvern Hills? As we are back for another year with the Mayor’s Peaks Challenge in aid of Malvern Special Families.\nThis year join us on the 2 May\, where you will be able to walk either a long walk of 18km or a shorter walk of 9km with all walkers receiving a t-shirt and medal. We also welcome dogs on the walk\, and all dogs will receive a rosette and dog treat bag for completing the walk. \nEARLY BIRD TICKETS ARE LIVE UNTIL MIDNIGHT\, 12 APRIL 2026!! \nTickets are available now; use the form below to book your space and then receive details of how to pay via email once your booking form is completed. (*These tickets aren’t free.) \nTicket Prices:\nLong Walk (18 km) is £19 (Normal price £22)\nShort walk (9 km) is £14.50 (Normal price £17)\nEvent Details:\nLong Walk: Meet at 8am for registration (Rose Bank Gardens)\, with coaches leaving promptly at 8:30am. Walks start at 9am\, with all walkers being back at the registration point by 5:30pm (after this time the finish line will no longer be manned). \nShort Walk: Meet for registration (Rose Bank Gardens)\, with transport details to be confirmed.
