Malvern Town Council has taken ownership of an area of green and open space off Mill Lane and adjacent to Adam Lea play area. This land has been transferred as part of the Section 106 agreement for the development of land off Charlock Road/Mill Lane.
The Town Council is asking for your views on the future uses of this land, so that it can be an asset to the local community and for Malvern.
On Monday 27 February, a public consultation was held at Poolbrook Village Hall and we were pleased to see so many local residents call in to find out more about the land and possible uses for it. Display boards showed maps detailing the location and site, and there were images of suggestions for the site, such as wetlands, a pump track and a playground area, although residents were encouraged to put forward other ideas too.
The public consultation period has now finished.
