David Watkins was born in Malvern and has lived and worked in Malvern Link for the last twenty-five years.  He has been a Town Councillor representing Link Ward since 2015 and is a former District Councillor commencing 2000.  He feels lucky to be part of a diverse community living in the most beautiful part of England.

David is a member of the Operations and Planning Committee and chairs the Victoria Park Pavilion Task and Finish Group.
