Malvern Town Council is honouring Mental Health Awareness Week from 11 – 17 May 2026.
This year’s theme for the week is TAKE ACTION in supporting good mental health. Even small actions can help us feel hopeful and less powerless, and while our individual actions matter, when we are together, we are even more powerful.
As stated on the Mental Health Foundation website, “Our mental health is shaped by the environments and circumstances in which we live. While there are some things we have little control over, we still have the power to take action to boost our wellbeing. Even small actions can have a big impact throughout Mental Health Awareness Week.”
We encourage everyone to take advantage of this week to take steps towards your mental health.
